Materials Processor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Processor to join our warehouse and production team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, inspecting, processing, and preparing materials for storage, production, or shipment.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Previous experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process incoming materials according to company procedures.
• Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and potential damage.
• Prepare materials for production, packaging, storage, or distribution.
• Operate basic material processing equipment and warehouse tools.
• Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
• Load and unload materials from containers, pallets, and workstations.
• Maintain accurate records of processed materials and inventory movements.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrectly labeled materials.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, manufacturing, or production is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse equipment and safety procedures is helpful.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.90 per hour
