- Curriculum Development:
- Design and adapt instructional materials to meet students’ specific learning needs.

- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Regularly assess student progress using formative and summative assessments.
- Use student performance data to adjust instructional strategies and interventions as needed to ensure maximum growth.
- Track and report on student progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with classroom teachers to align interventions with classroom instruction and support student success across all subjects.
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Partner with the school leadership team to ensure alignment of intervention programs with broader academic goals.
- Professional Development & Growth:
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in academic interventions and math instruction.
- Engage in continual learning to improve knowledge of educational research and effective intervention techniques.
- School-Wide Support:
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives aimed at improving overall student performance and achievement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve literacy and numeracy across the school.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications in intervention programs is a plus).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or intervention, preferably in an elementary or middle school setting.
Experience in differentiated instruction and working with students at various learning levels.
