Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, structured math lessons for primary students (Grade 1–3)
• Guide students to understand concepts and articulate their thinking clearly
• Maintain high classroom standards aligned with WonderMind teaching frameworks
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and development
• Participate in teacher training, lesson preparation, and academic meetings

Requirements

A. Education

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in STEM fields (Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or related)
• Graduate from a Top 20 Indonesian public and private university

B. Experience & Personality

• 2–5 years teaching experience in a structured math learning center or enrichment program
• Experience teaching primary school students
• Familiarity with Singapore Math or concept-based learning is a plus
• Patient, clear communicator, and confident in front of young learners
• Positive energy and strong classroom presence

C. Language

• Fluent in spoken and written English (classroom delivery standard)

Working Arrangement

• Monday – Saturday | 09:00 – 18:00

• Saturdays may include classes or events (common in education industry)
