Position: Mathematics Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, qualified, and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured and engaging mathematics lessons according to students’ levels and learning needs.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, activities, and assessments.
• Teach mathematics concepts clearly using appropriate examples and practical activities.
• Assess students’ progress through classwork, homework, quizzes, and tests.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and well-organized classroom environment.
• Support students in preparing for school examinations and other mathematics-related assessments.
• Maintain accurate attendance, student progress, and academic records.
• Communicate professionally with parents, students, and the administration.
• Participate in academic events, workshops, competitions, and other institute activities when required.
• Follow the institute’s academic policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience in mathematics is preferred.
• Experience teaching children and/or teenagers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Professional attitude and commitment to students’ academic development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international school curriculam or UAE school curriculam.
• Experience preparing students for mathematics competitions or examinations.
• Ability to provide one-to-one and small-group instruction.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
• Creative approach to teaching mathematics through activities, games, and practical examples.

Performance Expectations

The teacher is expected to maintain high teaching standards, support students’ academic progress, communicate effectively with parents and the administration, and contribute positively to the institute’s academic programs and activities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
