What you'll do

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum and relevant Queensland senior syllabuses, including Mathematical Methods and/or Specialist Mathematics.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, confidence and collaboration.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive, meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen teaching practice and support student learning outcomes.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and school events.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor of Education or a relevant Mathematics-related degree with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration, or eligibility to obtain it.
• Experience teaching secondary Mathematics, ideally including Mathematical Methods and/or Specialist Mathematics.
• Strong communication, collaboration and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to student success and ongoing professional development.
