Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging Mathematics enrichment lessons to students aged 3 to 16 years old in accordance with the established curriculum and teaching methodology.
2. Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching materials, and student progress reports to ensure effective learning outcomes.
3. Mark and evaluate students’ workbooks, homework, assignments, and assessments in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Monitor students’ academic development and provide appropriate guidance to improve their Mathematics skills and confidence.
5. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ learning progress, performance, and areas for improvement.
6. Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students.
7. Support daily centre administration, classroom preparation, and operational activities as required.
8. Participate in teacher training, meetings, and centre activities to continuously improve teaching quality.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Education (Mathematics), Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience; experience in kindergarten, playgroup, tuition centre, or enrichment centre teaching will be an added advantage.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills with a genuine passion for working with children.
4. Patient, responsible, and able to engage students of different age groups and learning abilities.
5. Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) according to centre requirements.
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
