Math/English Tutor

The Tutoring Center Garland is seeking enthusiastic and motivated tutors who enjoy working with children ages 5 to 17. We are looking for well-rounded individuals who can support students in Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II.

Our staff is committed to integrity, quality, enthusiasm, exceptional service, and teamwork (IQuEST). Applicants should be energetic, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working with children in a fun and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong math background
• Completion of Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry with A’s or B’s
• Minimum 3.0 college GPA
• Passion for teaching and working with children

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Tutor students ages 5–17 in math, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II
