Job Overview

Since the students to be taught here are underprivileged who are new to studies therefore the pattern of teaching here is completely different. Here you have to teach the students from the initial level, from grooming to training them well in their academics.

The main motive of a teacher working in Aasraa should be complete development of each and every student studying here.

Keeping in mind the kind of background they come from. They all need to be taught:

• The basic habits and body language.
• Importance of health and hygiene
• Basic manners and way of interacting / talking.
• To interact with peers and to socialize.
• Teachers need to facilitate a relationship with the student and nurture it.

The children who come here to study are all unaware of what books and studying is, therefore the teachers need to use different kinds of tools and methods to make the students understand the concept.

Roles and Responsibility

1.The teacher need to first develop a relationship so that the students pay attention and learn what he/she is teaching.
2. Teachers should get relatable teaching material and should organize them in a proper manner.
3. They should focus more on teaching through different activities and examples which the students can relate to.

4. Teacher is expected to be punctual for the class

5. Teaching through visual and audio will be more productive for the children.

6. The activities planned should be according to the chapters.

7. The main concept of the chapter should be introduced to them through the activities the students are doing as it will help them to learn easily and remember.

8. The children should be made to learn through practical methods first and then books should be introduced to them making it less difficult for them to read and understand.

9. Documentation and records or student’s progress should be made to analyze the overall development of the students.

10. The teaching methods, activities and material should be engaging to the students so that they take maximum interest in learning.

11.The teachers are expected to follow the teaching and assessment method of Aasraa.
Summer Timing - Timing would be 2:30 to 4:30
Winter Timing - Timing would be 3:00 to 5:00

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
