Matron

Siddhim Global School is looking for a caring, responsible, and disciplined Matron to ensure the safety, hygiene, well-being, and daily care of students residing in the girls’ hostel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise students’ daily routines, personal hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being within the hostel.
• Assist students with their daily needs and help them adjust to residential life.
• Monitor students’ health and report concerns to the school nurse and management.
• Maintain student care records and coordinate with hostel staff.
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules and school policies.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
• Experience in a hostel, residential school, or childcare environment preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and student-care skills.
• Patient, empathetic, responsible, and disciplined.
• Willingness to stay on campus and work in a residential school environment.
