Position: Maturation Operator (Contract-Based – 6 Months)

Location: Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia

Applicants must be willing to work and be based in Simalungun, North Sumatra.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working practices and execution of activities within the PSL and maturation areas.
• Monitor and maintain product parameters to meet quality specifications.
• Control product movement across PSL, aisle, maturation racking, and warehouse release processes.
• Perform top screening activities covering safety, quality, and quantity aspects.
• Ensure the availability of racking bins to support maturation operations.
• Maintain optimal temperature conditions in the maturing room and coordinate HVAC operations with the maintenance team.
• Uphold cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the maturation area.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 (D3) in Engineering or Science-related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Willing to work under a 6-month contract arrangement.
• Willing to be based in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
