Maximo Functional Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Maximo and ERP Functional Knowledge:
• Maintenance & Reliability Expertise: (Basic level understanding will do)
• Manufacturing Maintenance or Operations Experience:
• Integration & Reporting:
• Problem Solving / Analytical Skills:

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of maintenance and inventory processes
• Hands-on SAP/ERP experience (mandatory)
• IBM Maximo experience preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder Management, Project management, and training capabilities
• Willing to travel and support multiple manufacturing locations
• Good understanding of indirect material management and inventory processes
• Ability to lead implementation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization
• Ability to effectively interact with plant leadership, corporate teams, IT teams, and external partners
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
