MAZDA MASTER/SENIOR TECHNICIAN

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mazda Master/Senior Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on powertrain components, including transmissions, diesel engines, and mechanical systems repair, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Execute maintenance services such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, brake repair, and suspension system repair.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical systems effectively.
• Repair ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features and other automotive electrical systems to enhance vehicle safety features.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Skills

• Extensive dealership experience with a strong background in Mazda or similar automotive brands.
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and electronic troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair, heavy equipment mechanics, and powertrain systems.
• Skilled in automotive suspension system repair, wheel alignment, tire service, shocks & struts replacement.
• Experience working with transmissions—manual and automatic—and understanding of mechanical systems repair.
• Familiarity with air brake systems and automotive electrical systems for comprehensive vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools.
• Proven track record in vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and general automotive service.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with customer service skills to deliver top-tier service experiences.

Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
