• Base Pay + Commission: Total annual earnings range from $50,000 to $120,000, depending on performance and results.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers, document vehicle concerns, and coordinate service appointments.
• Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Obtain customer authorization before work begins.
• Coordinate with technicians and Parts to manage repair timelines and workflow.
• Provide updates on repair status and communicate changes or additional recommendations.
• Ensure repair orders and warranty documentation meet dealership and manufacturer requirements.
• Review completed repairs and charges at vehicle delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, involving management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records while supporting department sales and performance goals.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive experience preferred, especially in service advising, parts, or automotive customer service.
• Candidates with retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence explaining recommendations and discussing pricing.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

DealerTrack and Xtime experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
