Role & responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential customers.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain customer and lead databases with accurate information.
• Prepare sales reports and track lead conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome; prior sales/internship experience is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to make calls and interact with customers.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
