Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding online MBA programs, course options, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, admission inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Convert prospective student leads into successful enrollments and achieve admission targets.
• Explain program benefits, fee structures, and application requirements clearly.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in education counseling, MBA admissions, or education sales.
• Graduate candidates preferred; an MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Target-driven approach with a focus on student engagement and admissions.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally and build positive relationships.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
