Commercial Leader: MBA/PhD talents with life science expertise, ready to bridge technology and business for global impact. Who are we looking for?

• Applicant graduated in 2025 or be expected to graduate in 2026 with a Ph.D. degree in life science, with outstanding publications in top journals (Nature, Cell, Science) or patented biotech inventions;

OR MBA graduates with 3–7 years of pre-MBA experience or academic background in life sciences.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges, with solid research or professional experience in protein, nucleic acid, peptide, computational biology, AI for Science, or related biotechnology fields.
• Strong willingness to grow and excel in cross-functional roles.
• Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
