Location: Paris, France

Role Summary

Reporting to the MCC Manager, the MCC Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day technical operations, aircraft monitoring, maintenance control activities, and communication between flight crews, OCC, MRO providers, and technical departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining fleet operational readiness and minimising technical disruptions within a fast-paced airline environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft operations through VHF, ACARS, telephone, and other communication channels.
• Act as the primary liaison between OCC, flight crews, and maintenance service providers.
• Record and manage maintenance intervention requests within the maintenance management system.
• Prepare operational reports, production briefings, shift handovers, and incident reports.
• Monitor MEL status and manage GO/NO-GO decisions within the ERP system.
• Coordinate outsourced line maintenance activities, including task dispatch and follow-up.
• Analyse technical delays, track root causes, and support preventive action initiatives.
• Provide operational support for Captain CRS tracking, MEL extensions, One-Off authorisations, parts documentation, OEM technical support requests, and part number creation.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical Maintenance or equivalent relevant experience.
• EASA Part-66 Licence.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Fluent French language skills.
• Valid driving licence and ability to obtain an airport airside pass.

Preferred Qualifications

• Type rating on B737NG and/or A320neo aircraft.
• Experience with maintenance ERP systems.
• Previous experience within an airline, CAMO, Part-145, or MRO environment.
