该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 参与项目执行，充分理解项目策略内容并参与制作brief 2. 负责小红书，抖音以及自媒体达人kol、koc的拓展联系，沟通，结算登记 3. 参与达人的合作内容审稿，沟通 4. 把控项目进行的时间节点和博主发布时间 5. 对内对外沟通确保项目准确执行 6. 完成各项信息的追踪、整合、监控和数据整理 7. 参与公司签约博主的账号策划，内容设计，文案优化，脚本设计撰写 任职要求： 1. 新闻传媒、市场类专业优先 2. 了解社交平台推广玩法，思维活跃，会写，敢写，年轻人玩梗专家 3. 热爱美妆、护肤品，会养生、会穿搭，有审美 4. 沟通能力强，执行力强，团队合作意识强，可以自主跟博主进行沟通，并给到团队反馈 5. 责任心强，有良好执行能力并可以参与项目执行 6. 一周到岗3天以上，实习期3个月以上
