About the Role

We are looking for experienced and passionate Microsoft Certified Trainers to deliver high-quality technical training across the Microsoft technology ecosystem. We are open to trainers specializing in any area of the Microsoft stack, including but not limited to Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and related technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in their area of specialization and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions for technical professionals, developers, administrators, and business users.
• Develop and customize training content based on learner requirements and organizational objectives.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, hands-on labs, workshops, and real-world case studies.
• Explain complex Microsoft technologies and concepts in a clear and structured manner.
• Assess participants' understanding through exercises, assessments, and interactive activities.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies, services, certifications, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to learners during and after training sessions.
• Collaborate with the training team to improve course content and learning outcomes.

Areas of Expertise

We welcome trainers with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Microsoft Azure – Azure Administration, Architecture, Networking, Security, DevOps, etc.
• Microsoft 365 – Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, etc.
• Power Platform – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, etc.
• Dynamics 365 – Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, etc.
• Data & AI – Azure Data Services, Azure AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Microsoft Fabric, etc.
• Cybersecurity – Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra Security, Security Operations, etc.
• DevOps & Development – Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, .NET, application development, etc.
• Other Microsoft Technologies – Any relevant Microsoft technology or solution expertise.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with one or more Microsoft technologies.
• Previous experience delivering technical training, workshops, or corporate learning programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
• Experience creating or working with technical training materials and hands-on labs.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or relevant Microsoft role-based certifications are preferred.
• Ability to conduct engaging, interactive, and practical training sessions.
