*SUMMARY:*

The Staff Physician provides primary care in a community clinic setting, diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care within licensure scope. They participate in hospital duties, support team collaboration, and uphold organizational mission.

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Deliver primary care, order follow-up, and develop treatment plans.

• Supervise mid-level practitioners and participate in on-call duties.

• Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and referrals.

• Participate in peer reviews, CQI, and team meetings.

• Refer patients to support services when appropriate.

• Contribute to resource planning and meet productivity standards.

*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*

• Valid California Physician License.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Bilingual preferred.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and communicate effectively.

**Salary:** $265,000 – $300,000/year
