Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat medical and behavioral health conditions within scope of practice
• Prescribe medications as permitted by Florida law and applicable licensure
• Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with nursing, behavioral health, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide patient-centered care while maintaining professional and ethical standards
• Participate in in-home and/or outpatient services as applicable

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Florida MD, PA, or NP license
• Appropriate national certification, if applicable
• Current DEA registration, if required for the position
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Experience working with seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, or behavioral health patients is a plus
• Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
• Professional liability insurance as required

Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour
