Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MDM Team Lead with 710 years of experience in Master Data Management. Candidates should currently be working as a Team Lead and have strong experience in either of the following MDM skill sets:

Requirement 1 SAP MM + Product Material

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and Product/Material Master Data.
• Experience in material master creation, modification, validation, and data governance.
• Good understanding of SAP MM master data processes and workflows.

Requirement 2 – Product Specification / Artwork / NPI / NC

• Experience in one or more of the following:

• Product Specification

• Artwork

• NPI (New Product Introduction)

• NC (Non-Conformance)

• Experience managing product-related master data and associated processes.

• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MDM operations and ensure timely and accurate master data maintenance.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, work allocation, escalations, and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve master data issues and drive process improvements.
• Support standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and ensure effective team performance.
• Manage stakeholder communication and operational escalations.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of relevant MDM experience.

• Currently working in a Team Lead / Lead position.

• Must be working or have worked for a GCC organization.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with global/cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to work night shifts and flexible shifts.

• Notice period up to 60 days or less.

• Willing to work from Gurgaon.

Skill Combination

Candidates should meet either:

A. SAP MM + Product Material
OR
B. Product Specification / Artwork / NPI / NC

Both combinations should be considered as relevant, subject to overall MDM and Team Lead experience.
