About the Role

 

We're looking for an MDM Lead to architect and build Master Data Management, entity resolution, and relationship data solutions for our clients. The role involves designing golden records, match and merge processes, data quality frameworks, MDM integrations, and relationship models while working closely with technical teams, data governance teams, and business stakeholders.  

Responsibilities

 

• Own end-to-end MDM architecture and implementation , from data modelling and integration through data quality and governance.
• Design and implement entity resolution, match and merge, survivorship, trust, and golden-record processes.
• Model Party, Customer, Account, Household, Legal Entity, and Relationship domains with hierarchies and crosswalks.
• Design and maintain relationship graphs for ownership, customer, account, household, and other business relationships.
• Build inbound and outbound data integration pipelines to ingest source data and distribute trusted master data to consuming systems.
• Implement data quality rules, profiling, validation, deduplication, exception handling, and stewardship workflows .
• Develop crosswalks and identity resolution processes between source-system identifiers and canonical master identifiers.
• Work with cloud data platforms and modern lakehouse/data architectures , preferably on Azure.
• Design graph-based solutions using technologies such as Neo4j or Azure Cosmos DB .
• Work with client stakeholders to translate complex MDM and data architecture requirements into practical solutions.
• Define technical standards, documentation, and repeatable implementation approaches.
• Mentor engineers and consultants and provide technical leadership across MDM engagements.

Required Skills

 

Must-have

 

• 6–10 years of experience in MDM, Data Engineering, Data Management, or Data Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one enterprise MDM platform such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, Ataccama, or Profisee.
• Strong understanding of entity resolution, match/merge, survivorship, trust rules, and golden-record management .
• Experience designing Party/Customer/Account data models , hierarchies, relationships, and crosswalks.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, stewardship, and master data processes .
• Strong SQL and proficiency in Python .
• Experience designing and implementing data integration pipelines and APIs .
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Azure .
• Understanding of lakehouse/medallion architecture and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with graph data modelling and technologies such as Neo4j or Cosmos DB is preferred.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and solution-design skills.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers.

Nice to Have

 

• Experience in financial services / banking or other regulated industries.
• Experience with KYC, AML, beneficial ownership, or regulatory data requirements .
• Experience with Unity Catalog, Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure data services .
• Experience with Collibra, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), or similar data governance/quality tools .
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Ping .
• Experience with AI-assisted entity resolution, intelligent matching, or anomaly detection .
• Experience with Salesforce, Fiserv, Fenergo, Broadridge , or similar enterprise systems.
• MDM, cloud, data governance, or graph-related certifications.
