Role Summary

We are seeking a QA Analyst to test the Product Master Data Management solution across functional workflows and system integrations. The ideal candidate has experience with Informatica Product 360 (P360), Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Salesforce, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Product MDM.
• Test product workflows, including product creation, updates, approvals, validation, enrichment, and publishing.
• Verify product data quality, business rules, required fields, taxonomy, and product hierarchies.
• Test end-to-end integrations between Product 360, IDMC, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
• Validate data mappings, transformations, identifiers, and field-level accuracy across systems.
• Test Pub/Sub message publishing and consumption, including payload content, acknowledgments, ordering where applicable, duplicate delivery, retries, dead-letter handling, and error scenarios.
• Verify that product changes are delivered to the right subscribers and reflected correctly in connected systems.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.
• Prepare test evidence and report test progress, results, risks, and defects.
• Support user acceptance testing and coordinate testing across development, test, and production-like environments.

Required Qualifications

• Experience testing Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.
• Hands-on familiarity with Informatica Product 360.
• Experience testing integrations built with Informatica IDMC.
• Experience validating integrations between Informatica platforms and various downstreams such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365 etc .
• Experience testing Google Cloud Pub/Sub integrations, including topics, subscriptions, message payloads, acknowledgments, retries, and failure handling.
• Understanding of product data concepts, including hierarchies, classifications, attributes, and identifiers.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Ability to validate data using SQL, spreadsheets, API tools, logs, or comparable testing tools.
• Experience documenting test cases, defects, and results in a test-management or work-tracking tool.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce product data objects, including Product2.
• Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration logs.
• Experience testing batch and event-driven integrations.
• Familiarity with Pub/Sub monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience supporting UAT and working with Agile delivery teams.

Success Measures

• Product workflows and business rules have clear, traceable test coverage.
• Product data is validated as it moves between Product 360, IDMC, Salesforce, and Pub/Sub consumers.
• Message delivery and failure-handling issues are identified and documented.
• Stakeholders have clear visibility into test results, open defects, and release readiness.
