What they need
- MDM Support starting Month 5 (BAU phase), ensuring stable and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and support mobile devices and endpoints (iOS, Android, Windows) using MDM platforms such as Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent.
- Oversee device enrollment, configuration, application deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance through policy enforcement, encryption, patching, and monitoring.
- Deliver SLA-driven support, managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to address issues and enhance end-user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency within MDM services.
- Maintain service governance, reporting, and compliance tracking aligned with organizational standards.
- Provide regular stakeholder communication and performance updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
