We are seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to join our team. This position will also be responsible for insurance case management, making strong reimbursement knowledge and experience essential.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility.
• A strong background in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with insurance case management and authorization processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• A commitment to teamwork, quality care, and positive resident outcomes.

Pay Ranges:

LPN $75,000 - $85,000

RN $95,000 - $105,000
