This full-time (40 hours/week) position keeps your work dynamic and engaging by perfectly blending clinical strategy with hands-on leadership:

• 24 Hours - MDS Coordinator: Champion the RAI process, ensure accurate documentation, and protect our compliance standard.
• 16 Hours - Resident Care Manager (RCM): Mentor floor staff, collaborate on care plans, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Compensation and Benefits

What You Bring to the Team

• An active, unencumbered RN license in Oregon (or eligible for reciprocity).
• A heart for Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with the MDS/RAI process (highly preferred).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a major plus.
• An organized, collaborative spirit and a passion for teaching others.
