خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدير مالي (Finance Manager) أو مساعد مدير مالي (Assistant Finance Manager). إجمالي خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في الإدارة المالية والمحاسبية. يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع التطوير العقاري (Real Estate Development). خبرة قوية في إعداد التقارير والقوائم المالية والموازنات والتدفقات النقدية والتحليل المالي. خبرة في متابعة التكاليف والمصروفات والالتزامات المالية للمشاريع. مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية وتحليلية قوية.
