该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities & tasks: Be responsible for online defective product analysis. Be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of production process documents like Drawing, BOM, SOP, checklist etc. Be responsible for routing management and improvement. Be responsible for PFMEA assessment of new project. Be responsible for assembly&test training for production staff. Lead the optimization of mass production process and the improvement of repetitive production line issues. Assist electronic/mechanical engineers in implementing product and process improvements. Support the customer compliant investigation. Other daily work assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above,majoring in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation etc. Familiar with GD&T,with at least 3 year’s relevant working experience in the manufacturing environment. Skilled in at least one CAD software, such as ProE / UG / Inventor, etc.

Proficient in quality analysis tools including 5why and fishbone diagrams etc. Good oral and written English, effective communication skills; LEAN mindset is preferred. A good team player, self-motivated, meticulous and responsible. A reliable production support partner with structured thinking and data-driven mindset; able to work independently under pressure..
