ME Head / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end operations from order finalization to project handover
• Process flow, Line Balancing, Cycle time study, Kaizen, Poka yoke
• Following function handling experience - Mechanical Design, Electrical Design & controls, Purchas, Vendor, Stores, Assembly & Quality
• Direct responsible for PAT, SAT, FAT along with Project profitability
• Oversee project execution, manufacturing, assembly, and site activities
• Ensure alignment between design, production, and site teams
• Drive production planning & control (PPC) and shopfloor efficiency
• Monitor installation & commissioning activities at site for timely completion
• Ensure optimum resource allocation across departments
• Control project cost, timelines, and profitability
• Establish and monitor KPIs across all reporting departments
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and process discipline
• Handle client interactions, escalations, and project reviews
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and productivity enhancement
• Manage vendor/subcontractor performance and coordination

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (MBA preferred)
• Experience: 1520 years in automation / EPC / manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in handling multiple functions (projects + production + site execution)
• Strong understanding of automation systems (SPM, PLC panels, robotics, conveyors)
