Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Technology major in Electrical.
• Individuals with NCII or NCIII are welcome to apply
• Open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
• Must be willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
• Available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of maintenance equipment.
• Oversee and maintain maintenance systems to prevent malfunctions and downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and shutdown activities, including housekeeping and spare parts replacement.
• Support maintenance facility rehabilitation and improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, issues encountered, and completed work during shifts.
• Communicate and endorse ongoing concerns, necessary repairs, and recommendations for continued operational efficiency.
• Executing general repairs
• Carry out other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts (rotational as required).
