Meal Operation Coordinator

The Meal Operations Coordinator manages the daily meal program across all Circle Time centers, ensuring ingredients, recipes, and processes are well-organized and consistently delivered.

The role involves coordinating with center teams, kitchen staff, vendors, and nutrition partners to maintain high-quality, nutritious meals and continuously improve the meal operations system.

4. Meal Quality Monitoring & Evaluation

5. Documentation & Reporting

Requirements :

● Organized and detail-oriented.

● Strong coordination and communication skills

● Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up with different stakeholders.

● Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

● Has a personal laptop for work purposes.

● Background or familiarity with food operations, nutrition, hospitality, or early childhood education is a plus.
