Required Attire: 😷 Disposable Face Mask (recommend to bring extra for spare) 👕 T-Shirt / Polo Tee 👖 Long Pants / Jeans 👟 Safety Shoes [ ⚠️ In the event you do not have safety shoes, contact the respective Aventa Shift Leaders for loan ] 🥼 PPE (White Dust Coat & White Hooded Cap) – issued by Aventa, MUST BE WORN before entering the kitchen Failure to return PPE upon resignation will be charged: $25 for white dust coat, $15 for white hooded cap Important Notice: ⚠️ By applying for Aventa Services jobs, you consent to EL Connect Pte Ltd sharing your personal data (such as NRIC/Singpass, Food Safety Certificates, and other work-related documents) solely for the purpose of employment with Aventa Services Pte Ltd and SATS Pte Ltd. (If you have not been contacted by our support team, please reach out 2 days before your shift.) ⚠️ Facial recognition registration and clock in/out on SATS terminal ID are mandatory for payment (late clock-ins or early clock-outs are not allowed) ⚠️ MUST sign in/out on Aventa Physical Timesheet to be paid ⚠️ MUST complete a full shift of 7 working hours to be paid. ⚠️ MUST have valid Food Safety Certificate (FSC) 📄 Note: Payments will be clawed back if freelancers fail to meet any of the above requirements as reported by hirers. On your shift day: 🆔 Bring physical NRIC and COLOUR PRINTED Aventa Employment Letter ⏱️ Arrive at least 30 mins before job start for security clearance, walking to the kitchen, marking attendance, and changing PPE. 📞 Contact site supervisor - send an image via WhatsApp of your surroundings would help site supervisor to locate you faster. (eg. Mall Entrance, Guard house, HDB block no., etc) 💬 WhatsApp text/call preferred for contacting site supervisor. 🛎️ Latecomers will be rejected for the day’s job 📲 DO NOT turn up until you receive the EL Connect app and email notification. 🚫 Leaving work before the job end time is misconduct and will result in no pay. Prohibited Items & Conduct: ⛔️ NO wearable accessories ⛔️ NO manicured / long nails / fake lashes / eyelash extension ⛔️ DO NOT bring bags as there is NO LOCKERS - keep valuables inside your pocket ⛔️ NO Smoking in non-designated areas. ⛔️ NO one is to consume or pack away any items from the kitchens and stores. Production Floor Protocols: 🚨 Entry to the production floor is strictly via the air shower, and handwashing protocols must be followed.
