Simple Plan Austin is a growing meal prep company focused on making healthy eating simple and convenient. We prepare fresh, balanced meals each week for athletes, professionals, and busy families. We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented people to join our kitchen team as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal prep including washing, chopping, cooking, and portioning food.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Package and label meals for delivery and pickup.
• Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Schedule & Pay

• Typical shifts: Saturdays/Sundays for roughly 6-8 hours
• Part-time, with opportunity for additional hours as we grow.
• Pay: Starting pay is $17/hr with opportunity for raises.
