Meals Direct LLC is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Meals Puller to join our Transportation Department. The Meals Puller is responsible for accurately organizing and preparing meal orders for delivery drivers based on their assigned routes. This position plays an important role in ensuring that all client meal deliveries are complete, accurate, and ready for timely pickup.

The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively communicate with drivers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and Organize Meal Orders: Use driver route sheets to accurately sort and organize meals into designated areas for each driver until all assigned routes have been completed.
• Prepare Driver Orders: Ensure all meals are properly organized and ready for drivers to pick up and deliver to clients.
• Communicate with Drivers: When assigned, call or text drivers to notify them when their delivery orders are ready for pickup. Confirm pickup times and document all communications as required.
• Verify Orders: Carefully review each driver's meal order against their route sheet to ensure all meals are accurate, complete, and properly organized.
• Driver Sign-Off: Complete the required verification and sign-off process before authorizing drivers to leave for their delivery routes.
• Address Issues: Immediately report missing, incorrect, or incomplete orders to the appropriate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD). Ask for assistance when you are unsure how to handle a situation.
• Support Transportation Operations: Assist the Transportation Department with other duties as assigned by the HOD or Manager, including making meal deliveries to participants when needed.
• Maintain Organization: Keep the meal pulling and staging areas clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Follow Company Procedures: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and transportation department procedures.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
