Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
• Package finished products for distribution while ensuring quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during all stages of food production
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Utilize knife skills and meat cutting techniques as required for specific dishes
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or a related culinary field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
• Excellent knife skills and experience with meat cutting are highly desirable
• Customer service experience within the food industry or restaurant settings is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
