Role: Retail Meat Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute attractive displays, planograms, and promotions emphasizing quality, hospitality, and guest education.
• Partner with store meat teams to ensure freshness, proper rotation, and food safety standards.
• Analyze sales and shrink data to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
• Train and support team members to maintain high standards in meat handling and presentation.
• Collaborate with buyers and vendors to launch new products and seasonal features.
