Meat Clerk/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced environment, particularly within the food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences while effectively managing various tasks related to food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections and inquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately using POS System.
• Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Ensure cleanliness of the Shop, including off stage areas.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies regarding food handling.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and supply ordering as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food industry or quick service/fast food restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Food Service experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
