What they need
DUTIES
- Cut, trim, bone, grind, and prepare meat products including beef, pork, and poultry.
- Operate meat processing equipment such as slicers, grinders, stuffers, saws, and knives.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment regularly.
- Work collaboratively with department staff and management in a fast paced environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Previous meat cutting or butcher experience.
- Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety practices.
- Ability to safely use knives and meat processing equipment.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and stand for extended periods.
HOURS & PAY
- MONDAY-FRIDAY beginning at 6:30am, 40 hours per week, overtime possible.
- Starting pay $18-$22, depending on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
