Meat Packaging Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a Meat Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for the meat and sausage packaging process. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the production process.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Cutting Sausages, Bagging a variety of Meats, Vacuum Sealing Products, and other tasks needed to complete the products sold throughout our business
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Receive incoming freight and distribute to appropriate areas.

Education and Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• No Experience Needed. Willing to Train

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Able to Plan and Organize
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Decision making and delegation
