We're looking for an experienced Meat Process Worker to join our boning team at Bostocks Poultry. This is a full-time production role based at our processing facility.

This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced production environment where every team member plays a vital role. If you're someone with a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and the drive to give your best every single day.

What we need

You must have proven experience in meat processing, specifically boning. You'll work as part of a production team, maintaining quality and safety standards while meeting output targets.

What the role involves

• Boning poultry products to specification
• Operating standard processing equipment
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
• Working as part of a team on production lines
• Following documented procedures and meeting quality targets

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in boning or similar meat processing work
• Ability to work to production deadlines
• Attention to detail and food safety awareness
• A reliable, punctual attitude with strong attendance
• Physical fitness and stamina – this is hands-on, demanding work
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a warm environment
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliability and willingness to follow processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment
