We have an opportunity for hard-working people to join a busy meat processing facility in Bunbury. We're looking for reliable team members who are comfortable in a physical, fast-paced environment and aren't afraid of long hours.

Duties

• Work across the plant in a variety of roles, including knife hand, boning, packing and abattoir work
• Process beef, lamb, pork and chicken
• Handle raw meat throughout the day
• Follow strict hygiene, food safety and safety procedures
• Keep your work area clean and tidy
• Be comfortable working around large quantities of meat and possibly dead cattle/livestock

On Offer

• Full training provided, no previous meat industry experience needed (but preferred)
• Full-time position with overtime and long hours available
• $32.18 per hour + penalties for the first 3 months, with pay increasing after that
• Suitable for Working Holiday Visa holders needing to complete their 88 days of regional work (Bunbury is classified as regional)

Please note: This is a physically demanding role and the work is known to be hard. You'll be on your feet all day, possibly in cold/wet conditions, so you need to be fit, committed and ready for the long haul. You must be located in Bunbury and organise your own accommodation.
