Tuesday - Friday
Duties
Wrap, weigh, price, and label meat products according to company standards and guidelines
Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness
Operate food production equipment and machinery
Keep work area clean and sanitized according to food safety standards
Use knives and other tools to cut, trim, and prepare food items
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating machinery
Experience in food processing or a related field is preferred
Proficient in meat cutting and fabrication techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
