Meat Processor / Chicken Deboner

We are looking for experienced Meat Processors / Chicken Deboners to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced food processing environment and has hands-on experience deboning and preparing chicken.

Responsibilities

• Debone chicken legs and chicken breasts efficiently and accurately
• Trim, cut, and prepare chicken according to required specifications
• Safely operate a bone saw machine and other meat-processing equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Work efficiently while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste
• Perform other meat preparation and processing duties as required

Requirements

• Previous chicken deboning or meat-processing experience is strongly preferred
• Experience safely operating a bone saw machine
• Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment
• Comfortable using knives and meat-processing equipment for extended periods
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices

Restaurant Experience

Candidates with previous restaurant kitchen or food-prep experience are welcome to apply, particularly those who have worked as prep cooks or in positions involving meat preparation and knife work.

Experience with poultry processing, chicken deboning, or professional meat cutting will be considered a strong asset.

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
