Mechanic

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling and construction equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment specifications, electrical circuit diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Identify required spare parts using parts manuals and equipment documentation.
• Complete allocated repair and maintenance jobs within the assigned time while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct functional testing after repairs to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, customer instructions, and KANRENT guidelines while working in the workshop and field.
• Coordinate effectively with other technicians, Service Supervisors/Managers, and relevant teams.
• Attend to field service requirements and resolve equipment issues within the required timeframe.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is carried out professionally, safely, and in line with company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a rental service environment in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with material handling and construction equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams, equipment specifications, and parts manuals.
• Good spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong interest in technical problem-solving.
• Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and result-oriented approach.
• Strong teamwork and ethical conduct.
• Working knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Preferred age: 30–40 years.
