ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of e-scooters and related warehouse machinery.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with e-scooters and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and fleet managers to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment condition, and spare parts inventory for e-scooters and warehouse machinery.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse.

• Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to improve the efficiency and reliability of e-scooters and warehouse operations.

• Stay updated on the latest e-scooter technologies and maintenance best practices.

• Other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• E-Scooter technical knowledge in terms of hardware and software
• Considerable knowledge of the standard methods, principles, practices, tools and equipment of the maintenance trades.
• Considerable knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Having a functioning phone to use Beam Ops application etc. with stable data connection

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The job duties require an employee to bend, stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• The job duties require an employee to lift and/or move heavy objects.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working hours per day will be for about 7.5 hours excluding 1.5 hours of break.
• Work hours and location will change subject to operational needs.
