About the role
Vehicle & Machineries Mechanic role involving repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance on company vehicles and construction machinery.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance on company vehicles (e.g., lorries, tipper trucks, service vans)
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair construction machinery and roadworks equipment (e.g., excavators, pavers, rollers, skid loaders)
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, and perform corrective actions
- Respond promptly to breakdowns on-site and ensure minimum downtime
About you
- Good knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and respond to urgent breakdowns
- Class 3/4 driving license will be an added advantage
