Mechanic

PLAS Enterprises and Engineering Services is looking for a Mechanic.

Qualifications:

• Atleast 1-2 years of experience as a Truck Mechanic or Automative Mechanic
• Experience in truck preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is preferred.

Experience with heavy-duty vehicles or commercial trucks is an advantage.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of company trucks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems and vehicle breakdowns.
• Perform repairs and replacement of defective parts/
• Check engine, brakes, suspension, transmission, electrical, and other truck components.
• Perform oil changes, lubrication, and other routine maintenance.
• Respond to truck breakdowns and conduct necessary repairs.
• Maintain proper records of repairs, maintenance, and replaced aprts.
• Ensure that trucks are safe and roadworthy before deployment.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle defects and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
