SupremeX Envelope is looking for mechanically minded individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Adjusters. Whether your experience comes from printing, packaging, converting, maintenance, automotive, or another mechanical or manufacturing environment, we are interested in people who enjoy troubleshooting, learning, and continuously improving equipment performance.

No envelope experience is required. We provide training on our specialized high-speed envelope converting equipment.

About the Role

The Machine Adjuster is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment to achieve maximum productivity, quality, and safety performance.

Working closely with Operators, Maintenance, and Production leadership, the Machine Adjuster plays a key role in ensuring equipment runs efficiently while producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
