Powersports Technician / Mechanic

Job Description This position offers a dynamic environment for a technician looking to advance their career in the powersports industry. We are seeking a dedicated individual to perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of off-road and on-road vehicles. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship to ensure every unit leaves the shop in peak operating condition. You will be working with industry-leading machinery, handling everything from routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting, contributing directly to the reliability and performance of our customers' machines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of mechanical experience in powersports, automotive, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to Learn: The powersports industry is constantly evolving. We value a candidate who is eager to train on new technologies and expand their technical knowledge.
• Desire to Succeed: We are looking for self-starters who take pride in their work and are motivated to produce high-quality results.
• Team Player: Collaboration is key. We need someone who communicates effectively and works well with parts specialists, service writers, and other technicians.
